Knee Arthroscopies in Bedford

Knee arthroscopy (minimally invasive key-hole surgery) is a field that continues to advance...

So far, the procedure has proven beneficial for specific patient selections and indications: younger individuals with pain and restricted knee movement due to intra-articular issues (such as meniscal tears, ligament injuries, limited cartilage damage, loose cartilage fragments or joint inflammation), without signs of advanced arthritis, and who have already tried other non-surgical treatments. More information about this type of surgery can be found on the NICE website. Mr Arvinte has a vast experience in knee arthroscopy (except ligament reconstruction) and routinely performs meniscal tear debridement or repair, and various cartilage procedures.

Testimonials

Explained everything... and put you at ease...

Mr Arvinte was very confident and put you at ease very quickly. He explained everything that was going to happen and was happy to explain things as many times as needed for me to understand what will be happening. He came to see me on the morning of the surgery to reassure me again and to answer any questions I had. He also came and saw me when I was awake and when I was discharged from hospital. I found him to be a very good surgeon and having the procedure done by Mr Arvinte has allowed me to return to normality. Manor Hospital Patient B   |   12th August 2024  |

His patience and attention to detail is second to none...

I gave Mr Arvinte 5 stars for each of the above questions as I believe they are well deserved. His patience and attention to detail is second to none. I like his sensible and down to earth attitude that ensured no time was wasted but every problem was covered and dealt with professionally. Bedford Hospital Patient I   |   7th August 2024  |
